Fantomas - "Delirium cordia" (2003) / Pierre Henry - "Voile d'Orphee" (1953)

В этой монументальной электроакустической работе группы Fantomas я столкнулся с необычным вариантом цитирования. Ближе к концу здесь появляется точная цитата из музыки патриарха электроакустической музыки Пьера Анри "Покрывало Орфея", органично вплетённая в композицию, обросшая дополнительными звуками и даже соединённая с другими местами альбома тематическими связями. У меня была мысль, что, учитывая ровно 50 лет разницы между этими творениями, "Delirium cordia" вполне могла быть посвящена 50-летию создания одной из первых электроакустических композиций. Сравните эти два отрывка:
In this monumental electroacouctic work by "Fantomas" I was faced with an unusual case of quoting. Toward the end there the exact quote from the music of the patriarch of electroacoustic music Pierre Henry "Voile d'Orphee" appears, organically interwoven into the composition, covered with additional sounds and even connected by thematic links with other places of album. I had thought that, taking into consideration exactly 50 years between these two creations, "Delirium cordia" could well be devoted to the 50th anniversary of one of the first electroacoustic compositions. Compare these two fragments:

Åke Parmerud - Grains of voices (1995)

Написанная бывшим рокером история мира, расказанная звуками за полчаса - быть может, единственное произведение академической электроники, которое я могу назвать гениальным. В своё время "Grains of voices" ("Зерна голосов") прокатилось по моей жизни колесом, навсегда изменив представление о возможностях электроакустичекой музыки, настолько глубоким оказался результат смешения интонаций множества голосов всех национальностей в единое музыкальное целое. Кроме того, это один из самых сильных примеров переосмысленного цитирования чужой музыки. Разъятый на клочки "Плач Дидоны" здесь проходит красной нитью через весь финальный отрезок, постепенно переходящий от драмы к ритуалу вплоть до финального Армагеддона, когда шумом голосов переполнилась земля и Бог вскричал: "Тихо!".
Written by a former rocker history of the world, narrated by sounds within half an hour, is maybe the only one academic electronic composition that I can call great. In due time "Grains of voices" went for a ride by the wheel through my life and changes my idea about possibilities of electroacoustic music forever, so profound was the result of mixing the intonations of many voices of all nations into the one musical whole. In addition it's one of the strongest examples of reconsidered quoting of another's music. Dismembered into pieces "Dido's Lament" here runs all through the final segment, gradually passing from a drama to a ritual up to the final Armageddon, when the noise of voices overflowed Earth, and God cried: "Silence!".

Alla Zagaykevych - To escape, to breathe, to keep silence (2001) - To escape

Очень редко академическая электронная музыка сочится нечеловеческой экспрессией так, что аж брызжет. Вслушивание в один звук на протяжении получаса, сухие математические выкладки, концептуальные непрослушанные тембры, научные исследования под видом музыки - музыка украинского композитора Аллы Загайкевич является, на мой взгляд, счастливым исключением, избежавшим этих столь частых пороков электроакустики. Когда я первый раз это услышал, я так и замер в наушниках, ибо никогда не слышал ничего подобного.
Very rarely can we find an academic electronic music that exudes an unhuman expression so much that you can feel a moisture on your ears. An attentively listening to one sound within a half of an hour, bare mathematical calculations, conceptual unarranged timbres, scientific researches in the guise of music - the music of an Ukrainian composer Alla Zagaykevych is, I think, a happy exclusion that avoided all of theese frequent vices of electroacoustic music. When I heard it at first time, I stood rigid on the place in headphones, because I've never listen nothing of the kind.
